| 摘 要： | 论述了WTO框架下农产品国际贸易发展的趋势及我国农产品贸易的主要问题,并提出从思想意识上重新认识我国农业发展的历史阶段及国际背景,加快科技创新和推广,提高产品的技术含量和竞争力,建立农产品标准化制度、认证制度及预警制度等以及在"绿箱"政策范围内加强对农业基础领域和涉农企业的支持。

| Abstract: | In the background of China's WTO entry,this paper analyzed the international trade trend of agricultural product and problems in China's export trade.It pointed out that we should understand the agricultural development stage and international background and quicken the technology innovation,increase technological component and competitive edge of Chinese agricultural products.We should also set up standardization system and authentication system and warning system of agricultural products and support fundamental agricultural field and agricultural enterprise in the extent of "green Box" policy. |
