西藏不同产区藏鸡体重和体尺性状的测定与分析

藏鸡是生活在青藏高原上的原始地方小型鸡种,为了了解西藏不同分布区藏鸡体型特征与体重、体尺性状间的关系,测定了西藏5个典型产区的成年藏鸡体重和体尺性状指标,并进行了相关分析。结果表明,嘉黎县藏鸡体重、多项体尺性状指标较高,尼木县藏鸡较低;体重与体尺性状间存在极显著的相关关系(P<0.01),其中体重与胫长的相关系数最高,达0.763 5;建立的最优回归方程表明,对体重影响的重要性依次为胫长、胸围、胸宽、胸骨长和髋宽;主成分分析显示,5个主成分含有体重和体尺8项指标90.27%的信息量,说明不同产区藏鸡体重和体尺性状存在差别,但都具有体重轻、体型小、身体较长、胫长长等特点。

Measurement and analysis of weight and size of Tibetan chicken in the different area of Tibet

Tibetan chicken is a kind of native poultry breed with small body size in Qinghai-Tibet plateau.In order to investigate body characteristics and relativity between body weight and size of Tibetan chickens in the difference areas of Tibet,weights and body sizes of Tibetan chickens distributed in five different areas of Tibet were measured and multi-analyzed.The results showed that the Tibetan chickens in Jiali had the highest weight and body sizes and the chickens in Nimu had the least weight and body sizes in all the five populations.The relationships between body weight and sizes were significant,especially the correlation coefficient between weight and phalanx length(0.763 5) was the highest in all.The results of the principal components analysis showed that the five principal components covered 90.27% information of eight traits.The conclusions were that Tibetan chickens in different areas had different weights and body sizes,but all had the characteristics of low body weight,long body length and phalanx length,and weight had positive relations to phalanx length,chest cycle,and other body sizes.
