葡萄脯氨酸累积变异系的生理生化特性分析

摘    要:对葡萄二倍体品种的胚性愈伤组织以 Hydroxyproline(HYP)为选择剂在离体条件下筛选而得的脯氨酸累积变异进行了过氧化物酶 (peroxidase,简称 POD)和超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedism utase,简称 SOD)生理生化特性的研究与分析。结果表明 ,脯氨酸累积变异系的 POD和 SOD同工酶活性及数量均高于原形系 (对照系 ) ;在 12 0 mm ol/ L Na Cl胁迫处理下则各系的 POD及 SOD同工酶活性及数量又均较无胁迫条件下有明显增强 ,且变异系的增强幅度更大。初步认为葡萄脯氨酸累积变异与 POD和 SOD同工酶活性及数量存在一定程度的正相关 ,而变异系内 POD,SOD同工酶数量及活性的增加 ,是变异系具有抗盐性的基础。

Abstract:Biochemical and biological characteristics of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of proline accumulation variant lines from homogeneous diploid grape somatic callus under hydro oxyproline (HYP) stress were studied.The result showed that the POD and SOD activities and quatities of grape proline accumulation variant line were higher than those of the control lines under 120 mmol/L NaCl stress conditions.The POD and SOD activities and quatities were significantly higher than those of the NaCl free lines,and the variant lines increased extent were much higher.It is suggested that grape proline accumulation variant are related to the POD and SOD activities and quatities,the high activities and quatities of POD and SOD in variant lines play an important role in resistant to NaCl stress.
