摘    要:研究了氮素用量对烤烟上部叶片主要多酚类物质含量和相关酶活性变化的影响。结果表明,多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性随氮素用量增加而升高,且各个处理多酚氧化酶的活性变化均呈先升后降的趋势,峰值出现在打顶后20d;苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性也随施氮量的增加而增强,各处理PAL活性均从打顶开始逐渐升高,并在打顶后30d达到高峰,随后迅速降低;氮用量对总酚、绿原酸、类黄酮的含量也有一定影响,氮用量高的处理多酚类物质含量较高;烤后烟叶多酚类物质含量随施氮量的增加而增加,但芳香值以施氮量45.0kg/hm2时最高。

Abstract:Effects of different nitrogen levels on the content of major polyphenols and changes of relative enzymes activity of field flue-cured tobacco uper leaf were studied.The results showed that with the rise of N application rates,the activity of PPO of fresh leaves tended upwards.The activity of PPO of all treatments rose first and then decreased.The trends of different disposals were similar and the activity of PP0 reached the peak 20 days after topping.The activity of PAL also increased by increasing nitrogen rates.The activity of PAL of all treatments increased from topping and peaked 30 days after topping and then decreased quickly.Different N applications had some effects on the content of total phenols,chlorogenic acid,flavonoid.And the content of polyphenols was higher in the treatment of high nitrogen application.The content of polyphenols of cured leaves increased obviously with more N content in the fertilizer.The aroma value was highest in the treatment of 45.0 kg/hm2.
