豌豆种子发育过程中核酸和蛋白质的变化

豌豆种子发育过程中，核酸、蛋白质含量都随开花后日数增加而增加；其中豌豆开花２１ｄ后单粒ＲＮＡ含量下降，２４ｄ后ＤＮＡ含量下降，１５ｄ后开始累积豌豆球蛋白，１８ｄ后累积豆球蛋白，２１ｄ后累积伴豌豆球蛋白，２７ｄ后种子中各种蛋白质组分累积量都达最大值。
