摘    要:电镜观察发现,小麦条锈菌胞间菌丝细胞的多核现象极为普遍,但聚集于寄主表皮细胞下的夏孢子产孢细胞均含两个细胞核。在夏孢子形成过程中,产孢细胞一端先经突起而形成孢子芽,随后孢子芽经延伸和产生隔膜,分别先后形成夏孢子原体,柄细胞和夏孢子。随幼龄夏孢子进一步发育,细胞原生质电子致密度增加,大量脂肪粒累积,孢子体表伸出大量的刺突。在夏孢子之间,还可观察到具形状各异内含体的伴胞细胞。

Abstract:The results from electron microcopy observation showed that the multin-uclea phenomenon in intercellular hyphae of wheat stripe rust was very common, but all sporogenous cells aggregated underneath the host epidermis contained only two nuclei. During the formation of urediospore, one end of sporogenous cell first outgrow to form spore bud, then urediospore initial, pedicel and spore were respectievely formed by spore bud growth and stepum occurence. With futher development of young urediospore, the spore cytoplasm became dense, increased accumulation of lipid droplets and numerous spines appeared on the spore saface. It was also observed that among ure-diospores in uredia there were some paraphysis cells contained inclusions in different shape.
