摘    要:【目的】在保证河流生态系统健康的前提下,对位于青藏高原的河流生态服务功能进行评估,为河流的合理规划和开发利用奠定基础。【方法】在界定了高原河流生态系统健康和服务功能内涵的基础上,构建具有高原特色的河流健康评价指标体系和服务功能评价指标体系,并将河流健康评价等级划分为“优”、“良”、“中等”、“差”和“极差”5个标准。在分析河流健康与其服务功能关系的基础上,构建了基于河流生态系统健康的服务功能评价模型,并将模型在位于青藏高原的巴河上进行实例验证。【结果】对巴河的生态系统健康和服务功能价值进行评估,在考虑河流健康指标后巴河的总服务功能价值较不考虑河流健康时减少了2.844×108元/年。【结论】河流生态系统的健康与其服务功能密切相关。河流健康才能保障河流向人类提供所需的服务功能,水资源的开发利用应在确保河流健康的范围内进行。

Service function assessment of river health based on plateau river ecosystem:A case study of Bahe River

Abstract:【Objective】 Under the premise of the river ecosystem health assessment,the river ecosystem services funltion in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,was studied for rational planning and development of the river.【Method】 Evaluation index system of the plateau characteristics of river health assessment index system and service functions were constructed on the basis of defined plateau river ecosystem health,functional connotation,and river health was graded five standards as "excellent","good","medium","poor" and "very poor".On the basis of the analysis of river health and their service functions,a healthy river ecosystem service function evaluation model was contructed and model instance was validated in the bar on the river in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.【Result】 Bahe River ecosystem health and functional value were assessed.The value of river health indicators service functions was less considered due to a decrease of 2.844×108 yuan/year.【Conclusion】 The health of river ecosystems and its service functions were closely related.River health can protect the river to provide human service functions,development and utilization of water resources to ensure river health within.
