苦参碱纳米乳的研制及其对小鼠抗氧化作用的影响

摘    要:以肉豆蔻酸异丙脂、聚氧乙烯醚-40氢化蓖麻油(Cremorphor RH40)、苦参碱和蒸馏水为原料,研制苦参碱纳米乳,检测其基本性质(形态、粒径分布、苦参碱含量及稳定性),并探讨了其对小鼠血清和肝组织中丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响。结果显示,苦参碱纳米乳为O/W型澄清透明液体,透射电镜下为球形液滴,平均粒径为70 nm,稳定性良好,苦参碱含量为110.12 mg/mL;苦参碱纳米乳可显著提高小鼠血清和肝组织的SOD活性(P<0.05),降低MDA含量(P<0.05)。苦参碱纳米乳质量稳定,能提高小鼠的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:The matrin nanoemulsion was produced with IPM,matrin,Cremorphor RH40 and distilled water,and its morphology,particle size distribution,matrin content and stability were evaluated,and its effects on MDA and SOD in blood and liver tissue of mice were studied.The results showed that the matrin nanoemulsion whose type was oil-in-water was stable and its average diameter was about 70 nm.The content of matrin in nanoemulsion was 110.12 mg/mL.Compared with control groups,the activity of SOD in matrin nanoemulsion groups significantly increased(P<0.05),yet the content of MDA decreased(P<0.05).The matrin nanoemulsion is a suitable preparation with better stability and anti-oxidation effect.
