豆科Leguminosae植物部分属种花粉形态研究

采用新鲜花粉直接粘台法,用扫描电镜对31属52种花粉形态进行了观察。结果表明:所观察的花粉形态可分为五大类型:16合花粉型、球形角孔型、球形三沟型、长球三孔沟型和长球三沟型。外壁纹饰有穴状、网状、波纹状、瘤状和光滑之分。同一亚科各属之间,花粉形态存在着明显的差异,本文还从花粉形态方面提出把扁蓿豆属(Melissitusmedic)从胡卢巴属(Trigonella L.)或苜蓿属(Medicago L)中分出、列为一新属是合理的。

Studies on the Pollen Morphologies in Part of Leguminous Plants

The pollen morphologies of 52 species of leguminous plants belonging to 31 genera were observed under the scanning electronic microscope by means of fresh-pollen mounts. The results indicated that the pollen morphologies observed could be classified into five major groups; the hexa-decad pollen, the globose triangular type, the globose 3-gully type, the long globose 3-colporoidate type and the long globose 3-gully type. The ornamentation of the outer wall was foveolate, reticuLite. rugulose, tuberculate, or psilate. The significant differences of pollen morphologies exist in the same subfamily. Based on the morphological characteristics, also,the paper suggests that it be reasonable to separate Melissitus from Trigonell or Medicago and to consider it as a new genus.
