The key of the transfer system construction of rural land is to establish and perfect the land transfer mechanism and market.In this paper,it is believed that the transfer of rural land should take the operational mechanism combining the planning control with market adjustment,a transfer market system,including the land market of ownership,the selling and the reselling markets of the land use rights.Furthermore,the related necessary guarantee systems should be accompanied with during the transfer system construction of rural land.
