土壤氮素矿化与土壤供氮能力——Ⅳ.土壤有机氮组分及其矿化

摘    要:利用Bremner法,对盆土不同形态有机氮进行了测定。结果表明,各组分氮与土壤有机质.全氮高度相关,占全氮的百分率大小顺序为:氨基酸N>NH_4~+-N>氨基糖N>非鉴别N。在盆栽和培养两种条件下,各组分氮的变化差异比较明显,对矿化氮的贡献大小顺序与占全氮百分率大小顺序相同。

Abstract:Bremner's method was adopted to determine the organic N compounds in soil used for pot experiments. The results show that all N forms were very well correlated with organic matter as well as with total nitrogen, the percentages of the different forms of organic N over total N are in the following order: amino-acid N > NH4+-N > amino-sugar N > unidentified N. The differences of changes of the various organic N forms were obvious under pot experimental and incubation conditions. The contributions of the organic N compounds to mineralizable N were in the same order as thire percentages to total N.
