V型杂种小麦及亲本三系幼苗同工酶研究

摘    要:以V型杂种小麦及亲本三系为材料,对其幼苗酯酶(EST)、过氧化物酶(POD)、ATP酶同工酶进行了研究。结果表明,V型不育系(V-59A)与相应保持系(V-59B)幼苗的酯酶、过氧化物酶、ATP酶同工酶谱型都存在较大差异。说明这3种酶的表达都是核质互作的结果。综合分析供试材料幼苗POD、EST、ATPase同工酶的变化,发现单用一种同工酶不能将杂种及亲本三系完全区分开。

Studies on isozymes in the seedlings of V-type hybrid wheat and its three parent lines

Abstract:The isozymes of perocidase , esterase and ATPase in V-type hybrid wheat and its three parent lines are conducted.V-type CMS as well as its maintainer line can be distinguished with peroxidase, exterase and ATPase.From the result, it is proposed that the cytoplasm could act as a element to regulate or express the function of nuclear genes in the seedling developing process.There is a relationship between the nuclear genes and cytoplasminc genes.V-type hybrid wheat and its three parent lines can not be completely discriminated eith only one kind of isozyme.
