寒冷地区某碾压混凝土重力坝温控计算分析

摘    要:结合寒冷地区某碾压混凝土坝工程的实际情况,采用三维有限元浮动网格法对该坝施工期和运行期温度场、温度徐变应力场进行了仿真计算。计算完全按照实际施工过程进行模拟,全面考虑了坝体薄层浇筑过程和浇筑温度及各种外荷载。对比分析了寒潮对坝体应力的影响,为碾压混凝土重力坝的设计和施工中的温控提供了参考依据。

Abstract:In this paper,three-dimensional finite element relocating mesh method is used to carry out the simulation of the temperature field and thermal stress field of the RCC dam during construction and operation period. The .impact on thermal stress of concrete calorific and mechanical parameters varying with time,the process of dam body pouring by layers,the gravity of the dam and the water pressure have all been considered in calculation. In addition,thermal stress field was analyzed when cold wave occurs. The reliable basis for the dam design and for taking corresponding temperature control measures during the dam construction is provided.
