| 摘 要： | 根据牡丹叶尖枯病的症状特点和田间扩展方式，以及对大气和牡丹叶片中氟浓度的测定，结果证实牡丹叶尖枯病是由大气氟污染引起的一种非侵染性病害。污染区的牡丹在生长季节叶片不断地吸收氟化物，当叶片中氟浓度超过了其能够耐受的限度时，即表现枯死症状。由于氟化物在叶片中会随着蒸腾流向叶尖，而使叶尖的氟浓度较高，故枯死症状先在叶尖出现。

| Abstract: | The results,based on the study of the symptom and development of the disease in the field and the fluoride concentration in the air,indicate that the peony leaf tip blight is a non infective disease caused by air fluoride pollution.In the growing season of peony,the peony leaf constantly absorbs fluoride from the air.The leaf will be blight when the fluoride concentration in the leaf is too high.The fluoride can be translated to the leaf tip by transpiration,so the fluoride concentration in the leaf tip is higher than that in the leaf base,and then the blight symptom appears first in the leaf tip. |
