| 皂角籽化学成分的初步研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 对皂角籽化学成分的初步研究表明 ,皂角籽中含有皂甙、黄酮、生物碱、挥发油、油脂、糖类、氨基酸、蛋白质及矿物质等化学成分。对氨基酸、矿质元素和多糖的进一步分析表明 ,皂角籽中含有 17种氨基酸 ,总含量为 12 6 .82 g/ kg;含有 Sr、K等 9种矿质元素 ;多糖和脂肪的含量分别为 83.3和 2 9.7g/ kg。 |

| Abstract: | The chemical constitnents of the seeds of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.have been studied.It is found that the seeds contain alkaloids,saponarins,flavonoids,carbohydrates,amino acids,proteins,fat and volatile oils and mineral elements.The seeds also contain 17 types amino acids and the quantity ratios is 126.82 g/kg,quantity ratios of carbohydrates is 83.3 g/kg,of fat is 29.7 g/kg,for the more,there are 9 kinds of mineral elements in these seeds. |
