富士苹果黄化茎段再生不定芽的研究

摘    要:以苹果主栽品种长富2号为试材,研究了不同培养基及6-BA和NAA浓度对黄化且不带腋芽的节间茎段再生效率的影响。结果表明,3个因子对长富2号黄化茎段再生的影响程度依次为基本培养基>6-BA>NAA;最适培养基为M S+6-BA 5.0 m g/L+NAA 0.4 m g/L+CH 200 m g/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7 g/L,再生频率可达83%,最高平均再生芽数为3.03。

Abstract:The effects of different basal medium,level of 6-BA and NAA on adventitious bud regeneration from etiolated intermode segment of Nagafu No.2 were studied by using the orthogonal experiment design.The results showed that the effective order of three factors on regeneration was basal medium,6-BA and NAA.The optimum culture medium was 6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L+CH 200 mg/L+Sucrose 30 g/L+Agar 7.0 g/L;and on this medium,the regeneration frequency and mean number of bud per segment were 83% and 3.03 respectively.
