土壤干旱下刺槐幼苗蒸腾速率及其与影响因子的关系

摘    要:采用盆栽试验,对不同土壤水分条件下刺槐幼苗蒸腾速率及其与影响因子的关系进行了初步研究。结果表明,土壤水分对刺槐幼苗蒸腾速率影响显著,且蒸腾速率随土壤水分的减少而呈降低趋势,7~9月份蒸腾速率日均值大小顺序均为正常水分处理>轻度干旱处理>中度干旱处理>严重干旱处理。气孔阻力随土壤水分的减少呈增加趋势,7~9月份气孔阻力日均值大小顺序均为严重干旱处理>中度干旱处理>轻度干旱处理>正常水分处理。通过统计分析和逐步回归,获得了不同土壤水分条件下刺槐幼苗蒸腾速率与其影响因子的最优回归模型,并发现不同土壤水分条件下,刺槐幼苗蒸腾速率均与光照强度和气孔阻力具有显著相关关系,正常水分处理下幼苗蒸腾速率还与气温显著相关。

Abstract:This paper deals with the transpiration characteristics of locust seedling and the relationship between transpiration rate and its influencing factors under different soil droughts.The results showed that soil water had important effect on transpiration rate,and transpiration rate decreased with soil water decreasing.The daily mean value of transpiration rate from July to September was in order of normal soil water treatment>light drought treatment>middle drought treatment>serious drought treatment.Stoma diffuse resistance increased with soil water decreasing.The daily mean value of stoma diffuse resistance from July to September was in order of serious drought treatment>middle drought treatment>light drought treatment>normal soil water treatment.In the end,we got regression models of transpiration rate of locust seedling with its affecting factors,and there existed a remarkable relationship between transpiration rate and light intensity and stoma diffuse resistance under different soil water conditions.Also there existed a remarkable relationship between transpiration rate and air temperature under normal soil water treatment.
