猕猴桃溃疡病药剂防治技术研究

摘    要:采用室内抑菌试验与田间喷雾、病斑涂抹和灌根等试验相结合的方法,研究了防治猕猴桃溃疡病的有效药剂种类及其优化施用技术。结果表明,95%CT原粉、60%DTMzWP和1000万单位农用链霉素的室内抑菌效果较好;田间以95%CT原粉500倍液刮除病斑涂药防治效果最好,治愈率达94.3%,其次为DTMZ、农用链霉素和菌毒清;不同施药方法组合中,以喷雾+刮除病斑涂抹组合的防治效果最好,最高防效可达96%;秋季采用注射法,可有效预防翌年早春猕猴桃溃疡病的发生危害。

Abstract:Bacteriostats were evaluated in laboratory for kiwifruit bacterial canker of the infected kiwifruit trees in the kiwifruit orchard by means of foliar spray,smearing bacteriostats on the surface of infected trunks,root drenching and their combinations separately.The results showed that CT 95% powder,DTMz 60% WP and streptomycin 10 million units were effective to the pathogenic bacteria.The result of the orchard trial showed that CT 95% powder (diluted 500 times solution) was the best with control effect 94.3%,then streptomycin,Junduqing and DTMz.Among different combinations,the effect of the combination of foliar spray plus smearing after getting rid of infected tissue was the best,with control effect 96%;In autumn,the method of injection could effectively prevent kiwifruit bacterial canker from occurring in the next early spring.
