摘    要:以番茄和辣椒为受体作物,采用室内培养皿测定和水培共培养的方法,研究了大蒜根系水浸液及根系分泌物的化感作用。结果表明,大蒜根系水浸液对番茄和辣椒的幼苗生长具有低浓度促进高浓度抑制的作用;大蒜与番茄、大蒜与辣椒共培养30 d后,大蒜根系分泌物对番茄和辣椒的叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素(a+b)的含量、光合速率及根系活力均有促进作用,其中辣椒的叶绿素含量极显著高于对照;番茄和辣椒叶片中POD活性显著低于对照;大蒜根系分泌物对番茄和辣椒的生长整体表现为促进作用,且对辣椒的促进作用大于番茄。

Abstract:The allelopathy of garlic root aqueous extracts and root exudates on tomato and hot pepper was studied by adopting indoor Petri dish bioassay and liquid co-culture system.The results showed that the seedling growth of receiver crops was increased at lower concentrations of garlic root aqueous extracts,and decreased at higher concentration.In the liquid co-culture system,after 30 day culture,garlic root exudates could significantly promote chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate and root activity of tomato and hot pepper;chlorophyll content of hot pepper was significantly higher than control.The POD content in leaves of tomato and hot pepper was significantly lower than control.There was no significant difference in protective enzymes.The whole performance of garlic root exudates was the promotion effect on growth of tomato and hot pepper,and promotion effect of hot pepper was stronger than that of tomato.
