| 摘 要： | 鬼臼毒素、脱氧鬼臼毒素和 α-阿朴苦鬼臼 3种化合物对菜青虫均有很强的拒食和毒杀活性。 48h的拒食中质量浓度分别为 0 .0 5 7,0 .0 5 2和 0 .0 70 g· L- 1。以 0 .0 4g· L- 1鬼臼毒素、0 .0 5 g· L- 1脱氧鬼臼毒素和 α-阿朴苦鬼臼分别处理菜青虫 ,最终全部死亡。菜青虫对 3种化合物表现出的中毒症状均较缓慢。 3种化合物对小菜蛾具有一定的拒食和毒杀活性 ,对粘虫仅表现出拒食活性

| Abstract: | Research on 3 strong insecticidal derivatives,podophyllotoxin,deo xypodophyllotoxin and α-apopicropodophyllotoxin showed that they all exhibited high antifeeding and poisonous activities against \%Pieris rapae\%.AFC50 was 0 .057 g*L-1,0.052 g*L-1 and 0.070 g*L-1 respectively.All ins ects died finally after treatment with podophyllotoxin at a concentration of 0.0 4 g*L-1 deoxypodophyllotoxin and 0.05 g*L-1 α-apopicropodophyllo toxin respectively.These chemicals all showed delayed insecticidal activities.Th e activity to \%Plutella xylostella\% and \%Mythimna separata\% were also determ ined. |
