| 摘 要： | 目前对雌激素受体结构和功能的研究比较深入,雌激素受体与肿瘤发生机制、雌激素受体在体内的表达调控及其分子作用机理已引起人们的广泛关注。针对这一现状,对雌激素受体的结构和功能,雌激素受体在体内的分布及其作用机制、应用前景等方面的研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | At present,progress has been made in the studies on estrogen receptors' structures and functions.People pay close attention to the relation between tumor's occurrence mechanism and ER,as well as ER's expression regulation and specific molecular mechanism.This paper elaborates the progress of studies on ER's structures and functions,distribution in body,molecular mechanism and applications. |
