摘    要:经人工瘤胃试验测知,2%甲醛保护尿素(UF_(2.0))时非氨氮转化率(85.3%),近似于豆饼的相应值(85.6%)。毒性试验中,在混合精料粗蛋白浓度为18.66和11.35%的情况下,每百kg体重分别采食47.85和58.93g尿素时导致奶山羊中毒,而青年秦川母牛每百kg体重采食含101.90g尿素的UF_(2.0)时未出现任何不良后果。青年秦川母牛每日采食含115.45g尿素的UF_(2.0)时,日增重由5O8.97提高到659.62g。因此认为,UF_(2.0)是反刍家畜安全而有效的蛋白质代用料。

Abstract:It was estimated that, using artificial rumen technique, the non - ammonia -nitrogen translativc coefficient of 2% formaldehyde protected urea (UF2.0) was 85.3%, approximating to that of soybean meal, 85.6%. The toxic exper iment found that daily intake of 47.85 and 58.93 grams(g) untreated urea per 100 kg of body weight (BW) resulted in toxicity with 18.66 and 11.35% of crude protein in the concentrates of iniik goats, respectively. No adverse effects were noted when the young Qinchuan female cattle took in 101.90 g of equivalent urea in UF2.0 per lOOKg BW. The daily weight gain, of young Qinchnanl female cattle increased from 508.97 to 659.62 g when 115.45 g equiyal enturea in UF2.0 was supplemented to the diet It was suggested from these results that UF2.0 was a. hopeful kind of safe and effective protein replacer for iiivni-ants.
