空间效应模型分析田间试验的方法与效果

摘    要:为了提高田间试验分析的准确性,讨论了利用空间效应模型分析田间试验的方法,并通过实例分析和随机模拟分析对该方法的分析效果与传统方差分析法进行了比较。结果表明,空间效应模型数据拟合效果较传统方差分析模型好,空间效应模型具有较高的分析效率,在不同空间变异条件下效应误差估计和一类统计错误率控制准确;而传统方差分析模型的效应误差估计和一类统计错误率控制的准确性随空间变异增强和变程增大而降低。因此,建议采用空间效应模型分析田间试验数据。

Abstract:In order to enhance the analysis precision of yield experiment,the analysis method based on spatial effect model was discussed ,and the performance of this method was studied through practical data analysis and stochastic simulation in comparison with the traditional variance analysis. The results showed that the spatial effect model fitted the data better than the variance analysis model ,and had higher analysis efficiency and better validity in both standard error estimation and control of the statistical Type I error rate. With the increase of strength and range of the spatial variation, accuracy of the traditional variance analysis in both standard error estimation and control of the statistical Type I error rate would decline. Therefore ,the spatial effect model used in analysis of field experiments was suggested available.
