我国农业灾害防治的问题及对策分析

我国是农业大国，也是农业灾害多发的国家，频繁的农业灾害对农业生产和农民生活造成了极大的负面影响，严重阻碍了我国农业的持续健康发展和农村社会的稳定。本文在分析我国农业灾害防治存在问题的基础上，从树立灾害防治指导思想、制定灾害防治规划、建立统一的农业灾害防治管理机构、完善农业灾害防治立法与有偿救灾机制、丰富农业灾害防治资金来源、加大农业灾害防治的宣传力度等方面，提出了加强我国农业灾害防治的对策和建议。

Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Disaster Prevention in China

China is a leading agricultural country which got lots of agricultural disasters. Frequent disasters caused great negative impact on agricultural production and farmers＇ life, and seriously hindered the healthy development of agriculture and stability of rural social in China. Based on the analysis of problems about agricultural disaster prevention in China,this article put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of establishing guidelines, making control planning, establishing a unified management mechanism, improving relief mechanism and legislation, enriching funding sources, and increasing publicity.
