单项指标法在黔东北地区干旱评估中的应用

摘    要:利用黔东北地区气象观测资料和土壤湿度监测数据,采用单项指标法,对2009年7月至2010年2月黔东北地区发生的特大旱灾进行评估。结果表明,这次干旱影响范围和干旱强度均突破该地区气象历史纪录。其中夏季气象干旱程度地区大部评估为中度等级,局部达重度干旱;秋季气象干旱程度地区东部达中度至重旱等级,西部仅为轻旱,东部秋旱明显重于西部;冬季干旱最重,达到特重干旱等级。由结果可知,采用单项指标法的评估结果与实际旱情基本相等,在应用时应结合黔东北地区的环境因素,从而得出较准确的评判结果,快速指导抗旱决策,减轻灾害损失。

Abstract:In this paper,with the meteorological observation data and soil moisture monitoring data,using single index method,the lange drought occurred in northest area of Guizhou on July 2009 to February 2010 was evaluated.The results showed that the impact and intensity of drought both broke the region meteorological record.In summer,meteorological drought degree of large areas were moderate grade,some areas were profound drought;In autumn,meteorological drought,degree of the eastern areas reached moderate to heavy grade,the western areas were only light drought,and the eastern was significantly heavier than the western;In winter,the drorght reached most profoud grade.So the evaluation results of single index method were mainly according with the actual drought,it should be applicated with the environmental factors of northeast area in Guizhou,in order to get the accurate evaluation results,guide the drought-resistant decisions quickly,and reduce the disaster loss.
