双炔酰菌胺在马铃薯及土壤中的残留动态研究

摘    要:目的]研究杀菌剂双炔酰菌胺在马铃薯上施用后的残留动态并以此制定其合理的使用方法。方法]在吉林和南京同时进行了残留动态试验,利用液相色谱法分析测定。结果]双炔酰菌胺在马铃薯植株中半衰期为4.5~7.5d,在土壤中半衰期为7.8~11.7d;试验条件下,双炔酰菌胺在最后1次施药后间隔3、7、14d均未在马铃薯中检出残留量。结论]25%双炔酰菌胺悬浮剂在马铃薯上合理使用方法为:以75~150ga.i./hm^2喷施3次,安全间隔期3d;双炔酰菌胺在马铃薯中最高残留限量推荐值为0.01mg/kg。

The Residue Dynamics of Mandipropamid in Potato and Soil

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to assess residue dynamic of mandipropamid in potatoes and establish guideline for safety application. Method] Residue dynamic experiment for mandipropamid in potatoes were conducted in Jilin and Nanjing simutaneously.The samples were measured by liquid chromatography. Result] The results showed that the half-life of degradation for mandipropamid was 4.5-7.5 d in potato plants,7.8-11.7 d in soil.The final residues quantity in all potatoes samples were no detection when the last spraying mandipropamid after 3、7、14 days. Conclusion] The guideline for safety application is sprayed 3 times with 75-150 g a.i./hm^2 of mandipropamid,the preharvest interval is 3 days.The maximum residue limit is recommended 0.01 mg/kg.
