| Abstract: | Based on principle and classi fication of enzymelinked immunoassay, the methods for determination were elab orated from the following aspects, in cluding design and synthesis of hapten, synthesis of artificial immune holoanti gen, preparation of specific antibodies and others. Moreover, immunoassay technology advances on residues of vet erinary drugs was discussed. |
