摘    要:基于酶联免疫学检测原理及分类,阐述了酶联免疫学测定方法的建立,包括半抗原的设计及合成,人工免疫全抗原的合成,特异性抗体的制备等方面,并论述了兽药残留免疫检测技术的应用进展.

Research Progress on Enzyme-linked Immunoassay of Small Molecule Drug Residues in Food of Animal Origin

Abstract:Based on principle and classi fication of enzymelinked immunoassay, the methods for determination were elab orated from the following aspects, in cluding design and synthesis of hapten, synthesis of artificial immune holoanti gen, preparation of specific antibodies and others. Moreover, immunoassay technology advances on residues of vet erinary drugs was discussed.
