摘    要:为探讨2015年燕麦孢囊线虫(Heterodera avenae,Ha)在胶东麦田的发生状况,在莱阳和即墨样田对Ha定点和定期取样,通过土壤中线虫分离和根组织中线虫染色后镜检,测定不同时期Ha各虫态群体密度及其动态变化.结果表明,在Ha 2龄幼虫土壤孵出量和根系侵入量上,莱阳样田均是即墨样田的1.4倍;在3龄幼虫和4龄幼虫发育量上,莱阳样田分别是即墨样田的1.8倍和1.7倍;在白色雌虫产生量上,莱阳样田是即墨样田的39倍;在Ha繁殖系数上,莱阳样田是即墨样田的6.5倍.有迹象表明,更加严重的土壤干旱状况是导致即墨样田Ha繁殖系数极其低下的原因.

Abstract:In order to explore the occurrence status of Heterodera avenae (Ha) in wheat field of Jiaodong region of Shandong province, Ha samples were collected site-fixedly and periodically in Laiyang and Jimo sample blocks, and the population densities and dynamics of every Ha developmental stages were ascertained through the microscopic examination of the juveniles, white females and cysts extracted from soil and the juveniles stained in wheat root.The results showed that, the numbers of the 2nd stage juveniles emerged in soil and penetrated in root on Laiyang sample block were both 1.4 times of those on Jimo one, and the numbers of the 3rd stage juveniles and 4th stage juveniles developed in root on Laiyang sample block were 1.8 and 1.7 times of those on Jimo one, respectively.The number of white the females produced on Laiyang sample block was 39 times of that on Jimo one, and the Ha reproduction factor on Laiyang sample block was 6.5 times of that on Jimo one.There were signs that it was the more serious drought status of soil that led to the extremely low reproduction factor of Ha on Jimo sample block.
