小麦粒叶比与产量及产量性状的遗传相关研究

摘    要:对10个小麦品系的粒叶比、产量及产量性状的遗传参数和遗传相关进行了研究。结果表明:小麦产量因素具有较高的遗传力,但与产量的表型相关和遗传相关不显著;粒叶比具有相对的稳定性和较大的相对遗传进度,穗重与旗叶面积、穗重与上二叶面积和的比值和产量的相关分别达到极显著水平和显著水平,可作为高产育种的重要选择指标。

Abstract:This study was conducted with 10 genotypes of winter wheat. The broad-sense heretability estimates were high for the yield components. There were not significant correlation between grain yield and all yield components.The grain-leaf ratio was of relative stability and high relative genetic advance. There were significant leve 1-1% and significant leve 1-5% between the grain weight per spike/flag leaf area ratio, the grain weight per spike/two upper leaf area ratio and grain yield respectively.The grain weight per spike/flag leaf area ratio and grain weight per spike/two upper leaf area can be regarded as important criteria of selection in high-yield wheat breeding.
