山东省主要玉米种质基础的现状分析

摘    要:山东省玉米育种取得了很大成就 ,但其种质基础相对狭窄。对山东省育成的主要玉米自交系种质类群及主要杂交种的杂种优势模式进行分析 ,其主要种质类群分为改良Reid、Lancaster、塘四平头、旅大红骨和其它种质类群 ,改良Reid和塘四平头杂优群起主导作用。杂种优势模式以改良Reid×塘四平头为主 ,塘四平头×其它种质、改良Reid×其它种质、塘四平头×Lancaster、改良Reid×旅大红骨等为辅。应加强种质改良和扩增 ,丰富遗传基础 ,探索新的杂种优势利用模式

Abstract:The maize of crossbreeding gained great achievement in Shandong province, but their germplasms base is relative narrow .according to analysis on crossing model of main inbred lines and hybird which were developed in Shandong province. That of main heterosrs group were: Improve Reid, Lancaster, tangsipngtou system,Ludahonggu system and other heterosis group, that of Improved Reid and tangsipingtou heterosis group were main function.Improved Reid × tangsipingtou were central in grossing model, tangsipingtou × other group ,tangsipingtou × lancaster, improve Reid × Ludahonggu improve Reid × lancaster were secondary funtion. Based on this result, the auther pointed out: improving and increasing germplasms improvement, amassing heredity base, search new utilizing models of heterosis.
