| 摘 要： | 为研究经喷雾器雾化对活疫苗微生物学活性的影响,用变色单位(CCU)法分别对经过不同压力雾化前后的猪支原体肺炎活疫苗活力进行测定,结果表明,喷雾器在雾化过程中的切割力能显著降低疫苗的活力.喷雾器喷射压力越大,对疫苗活力下降的影响越大.

| Abstract: | To study the effect of atomization on the biologic vitality of the live mycoplasma hyopneumoniae vaccine,color change unit(CCU) assay is used to detect the activity of the live vaccine atomized under different pressures.The results show that the cutting force produced in atomization can decrease the vitality of live vaccine greatly.The larger pressure,the more impairment on the vitality of the vaccine. |
