玉米自交系粗缩病毒抗性鉴定研究

摘    要:采用网棚集团接种的方法,通过带毒灰飞虱在玉米幼苗上传毒接种玉米粗缩病毒试验,对29份国内常用玉米自交系和部分杂交组合进行了抗病性鉴定研究。以病情指数为指标,筛选出高抗自交系5份,抗病系2份,中抗系9份,感病系8份和高感系5份。结合系谱分析,筛选出的5份高抗系和2份抗病系均属于PB亚群,表明PB亚群抗病性较好,可以作为抗粗缩病育种的基础材料。通过对杂交组合鉴定结果表明,自交系抗病性对后代具有一定遗传力,且抗性遗传中显性效应占有相当大的作用。因此,选育抗病组合时最好亲本之一为高抗材料。

Abstract:With the method of group inoculation,the experiments were carried out to inoculate MRDV(maize rough dwarf virus) to the maize seedlings with viruliferous planthoppers(Laodelphax striatellus).We studied on the identification of the resistance of 29 maize inbred lines and some hybrids to MRDV.Disease index of 5,2 and 9 inbred lines have high to moderate resistance to MRDV,while 13 inbred lines exhibited susceptibility or high-susceptibility.With pedigree analysis,7 inbred lines with higher resistance belonged to PB subgroup.The results showed that PB subgroup has better resistance and can be identified as the important sources of resistance to MRDV.Study on the identification for the resistance of several hybrids showed that the resistance of maize to MRDV was highly heritable,and one parent of the hybrid should has high-resistance to MRDV.
