摘    要:以土壤自然背景值为对照、人工添加重金属为胁迫处理,比较不同类型水稻器官中Cd、As和Hg的积累特性。结果表明:重金属胁迫下,不同类型水稻器官中都增加了Cd、Hg和As的积累量,且积累量大多显著或极显著高于对照。Hg和As胁迫时,重金属主要在茎叶中积累;Cd胁迫时,精米中Cd的积累量较高,使得稻谷和茎叶中的相对积累量较对照低。相关分析表明,精米与茎叶中相应重金属积累量的相关性因重金属而异,精米与稻谷中相应重金属的积累量在胁迫和对照条件下均达显著或极显著正相关。

Abstract:Accumulation in different organs of different rice types were investigated by adding Cd,As and Hg to the soil and the control.The results showed that the Cd,As and Hg accumulation of organs were higher than that of the control, and there were significant difference between pollution treatment and the control.Hg and As were mainly accumulated in leaves and stems under As and Hg pollution treatment,under Cd pollution treatment,the Cd accumulation in milled rice was higher than that of the control,and the relative accumulation in grains,leaves and stems were lower than that of the control.Correlation analysis results indicated that the coefficient of correlation of Cd,As and Hg accumulation between milled rice and leaves and stems were vary in different heavy metals,and there were significant difference of Cd,As and Hg accumulation between milled rice and grain under heavy metal pollution treatment or the control.
