摘    要:大田试验条件下,研究了5个不同形态氮素比处理水平对马铃薯体内氮素分布、块茎形成期的光合参数以及收获期的干物质量和产量的影响.结果表明:铵态氮和硝态氮的比例为3∶9时,植株体内氮素含量及块茎中的氮素含量在成熟期最高,分别为21.77 mg.g-1和19.10 mg.g-1;光合速率与气孔导度均随着铵硝比下降而升高,单施硝态氮时,光合速率为20.33μmol.m-2.s-1,气孔导度为342.00 mmol.m-2.s-1,胞间CO2浓度为224.67μmol.mol-1;铵硝比为3∶9时,马铃薯产量最高,为26.08 t.hm-2,较对照增加了28.1%.

Abstract:The nitrogen distribution of potato,photosynthetic parameter of tuber initiation stage,amount of dry matter and yield treated with five NH_4~+/NO_3~- ratios of different stage were investigated in field experiment.The results indicated that when NH_4~+/NO_3~- ratio was 3∶9,the N content in both the plant and the tuber at the mature stage was the highest,being to 21.77 mg·g~(-1) and 19.10 mg·g~(-1) separately.Both the photosynthetic rate(Pn) and the cond(Gs) increased,with the ratio of the NH_4~+/NO_3~- decreasing.When only NO3--N was used,the photosynthetic rate(Pn) was 20.33 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),the cond (Gs) was 342.00 mmol· m~(-2)·s~(-1) and the Ci was 224.67 μmol·mol~(-1).When NH_4~+/NO_3~- ratio was 3∶9,the highest yield was 26.08 t·hm~2,increasing by 28.1 %.NH_4~+/NO_3~- ratio had an effect on growing and yield of the potato.The best NH_4~+/NO_3~- ratio was 3∶9 in contrast to CK.
