| 摘 要： | 维生素Ｂ１２注射液不仅可以延长布尔山羊鲜精在室温条件下的存活时间，而且可以提高冷精解冻后活力、存活时间和受胎率，因此可推荐为该品种的鲜精稀释液、保存液和冷精解冻液。

| Abstract: | The survival time of Boer goat spermatozoid can be prolong by the vitamin B 12 injection under ambient temperature, and the motility rate, survival time and pregnant rate also be promoted after defrosting of frozen semen. It is suggested that Vitamin B 12 injection could be used as the diluent, preservation solution for the fresh semen and thawing solution for the frozen semen of the goats. |
