东方百合的离体培养

摘    要:以东方百合杂种系基生根、试管苗鳞茎根、和鳞片为材料,对不同碳源和不同温度处理离体诱导小鳞茎的效果进行了试验研究。结果表明,百合鳞片和基生根均有较高的小鳞芽分化数,平均分别为2.25和3.13;4℃低温处理平均为6.35,明显高于对照的平均分化数5.0;A1和A2两种诱导培养基总诱导鳞芽数分别为11.7和11.0,无明显差异;A4培养基具有较高的小鳞茎增殖率,平均可达4.95。

Abstract:The effects of root ages and pre-treatment of low-temperature to induce bulblet with culture in vitro had been studied, using basal roots, roots of tube cultural seedlings and the base of scale leaves of orient lily hybrids of Lilium tenuifolium Fisch. The results showed that basal roots and the base of scale leaves had a high differentiation ratio of bulblet, and the number of buldlet is averagely 2.25 and 3.13 separately. The number of buldlet of pretreatment of low temperature of 4℃ was 6.35, than significant higher the control. The number of total inducing bulblet of A1 and A2 culture medium was 11.7 and 11.0 separately, but has not significant difference. A4 culture medium has comparatively high ratio of inducing bulblet and the result reached 4.95 averagely.
