| 摘 要： | 以单片机技术为核心设计了一种小型周期性数字信号测试分析仪器.数字输入信号周期可调,通过键盘输入采集字后,启动单片机测试系统判定出采样结果.实测结果表明,该仪器能动态显示被测8路通道的输入信号,测频范围1~1 000 Hz,信号周期测定时间<1 ms,测试误差率<3%,并具有结果显示和存储功能.

| Abstract: | Based on Intel 8031 single chip microcomputer,a small periodic digital signal testing analyzer was designed. The period of digital input signal of this analyzer could be regulated. After data acquisition words were keyed, the microcontroller system was actuated and obtained results. It indicated that digital signal of 8 channels can be displayed dynamically,the range of frequency measurment is from 1 Hz to 1 000 Hz ,executing time is less than lms,error percentage is less than 3% ,and the analyzer has showing and storing function. |
