| 摘 要： | 针对甘肃省基层农业信息网络现状,结合目前基层单位及农户经济水平、计算机应用水平、信息获取渠道、信息发布等实际情况,提出在基层选择PSTN或ISDN网建设方案的基础上,通过在各个乡镇成立农业信息服务站,有计划、分阶段构建基层农业信息网,并对该方案的特点和可行性进行了分析与论证. |

| Abstract: | In accordance with current situation of the agricultural information network of basic unit in Gansu Province,actual conditions in economic level,application level of the computer,information channel and information issue of basic units and peasant households,an overall plan of agricultural information network of basic unit was put forward in this paper on the basis of PSTN or ISDN network.In order to realize the plan,the service station of agricultural information in all villages and towns should be established in a planned way,stage by stage.In addition,the characteristic and feasibility of this kind of scheme have been discussed and analyzed. |
