敦煌市土地利用结构优化研究

采用灰色线性规划模型对敦煌市土地利用结构进行了优化研究.研究表明:以土地利用的综合效益为优化目标,在社会经济效益最大的情况下,土地利用结构优化方案中耕地面积占总面积的比例应为0.56%,比现状面积占总面积的比例减少0.02%;与现状相比,林地、园地面积在优化方案中的比例分别增加了0.05%和0.01%;城镇建设用地、独立工矿用地面积在优化方案中的比例分别增加了0.11%和0.06%;交通用地面积小幅度增加(0.004%),牧草地则有所减少(0.01%).敦煌市土地利用结构优化的约束条件中,水资源的约束具有决定性的作用,不断提高耕地、园地的土地利用效益是实现土地利用结构优化的根本途径.

Research on optimization of land use structure in Dunhuang City

The optimizing of land-use structure in Dunhuang was studied with gray multi-objective programming.The results show that:taking comprehensive benefits of land use as the optimization target,in order to achieve the biggest of society and economic efficiency of land use,the optimization program of land use structure in Dunhuang should decrease the area of cultivated land and grassland about 0.02% and 0.01%,increase the the area of woodland,garden land,constructive land and industry land about 0.05%,0.01%,0.11% and 0.06% respectively.Among the limiting conditions of the optimization program of land use structure in Dunhuang,the water limiting is the decisive limiting condition,while promoting the use efficiency of cultivated land and garden land is the root way to achieve the comprehensive benefits of land-use-structure optimization in Dunhuang.
