农业院校课堂教学质量评估体系

摘    要:根据教育科学理论、教学经验和目前高等农业院校实际,建立了一套课堂教学质量定量评估指标体系。该体系有一级指标5项(教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教师基本功和辅导答疑)和16项二级指标(由一级指标的要素构成)。文中对各级指标内涵、相互关系和权重设置做了阐述。同时介绍了3年中对105教师人次或课程门次,2718份评估表的统计结果和体会。认为该体系能全面反映教师课堂教学的质量水平,对教师的课堂教学活动具有考核功能、指导功能和培养功能。并具有适用性广和便于教学管理部门操作的特点。

Abstract:According to the educational theory experience of teaching and the reality of agricultural colleges and universities a quantitative quality evaluation indexes system of classroom teaching was developed .The system include five primary indexes (attitude towards teaching content of course,teaching method,basic skill of teacher and instruction after class)and sixteen secondary indexes which composed of essentials of the primary indexes. The intension,interrelation and weighted mark of different levels indexes were informed and the results 105 courses or teachers,2178 evaluation tables from this system in of three years were discussed .The results showed that the system had refleced the guality and the level of the classroom teaching of a teacher.
