种植密度及留叶数对延边烤烟多酚及石油醚提取物含量的影响

摘    要:以烤烟(Nicotiana tobacumL.)品种龙江911为试材,于2006~2007年研究了密度、留叶数二因子对烤烟多酚和石油醚提取物含量的影响.结果表明:1)种植密度、留叶数及二者的交互作用对烤烟多酚类物质和石油醚提取物含量的影响均达到了极显著水平;2)随着种植密度的增加,烤烟石油醚提取物、总酚及绿原酸含量表现出先增加后降低的趋势,在同一密度条件下,留叶数对石油醚提取物、总酚及绿原酸含量的影响表现为22片/株>20片/株>18片/株,芸香苷含量与种植密度呈成正比、与留叶数成反比;3)密度16 500株/hm2、留叶数22片/株的处理多酚和石油醚提取物的含量最高,其次为密度16 500株/hm2、留叶数20片/株的处理,而密度19 500株/hm2、留叶数18片/株的处理稍低.

Abstract:A field experiment was employed to study the relationship between the contents of polyphenols and petroleum ether extracts under different plant density and remained leaves using the tobacco(Nicotiana tobacum L.) cultivar Longjiang 911 in Jilin during 2006~2007.Results showed as:1)Effects of plant density and the remained leaves number and their interaction on contents of polyphenols and petroleum ether extracts in flue-cured tobacco leaves had reached a significant level;2)the contents of total phenol,chlorogenic acid and petroleum ether extract increased before decreasing as planting density increased;under the same plant density,effects of the remained leaves number on the contents of polyphenols and petroleum ether extracts showed the trend of increase by degrees:22 leaves>20 leaves>18 leaves per plant;rutin increased as planting density increased and decreased as the remained leaves increased;3)Among all treatments,the treatment of 16 500 plants/hm2 and 22 leaves per plant were the best,the treatment of 16 500plants/hm2 and 20 leaves per plant took second place,and the treatment of 19 500 plants/hm2 and 18 leaves per plant were a little in the shade.
