当归水提液和醇提液体外清除自由基的研究

摘    要:为了探讨当归不同提取液体外清除羟自由基(.OH)与超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)的作用.通过Fenton反应产生.OH和邻苯三酚自氧化产生O2.-模型,研究当归水提液和醇提体外清除自由基的作用.结果表明,当归水提液在浓度6.0~50.0 mg.mL-1范围内具有清除Fenton反应产生.OH作用,当归醇提液在浓度12.5~200.0 mg.mL-1范围内具有清除Fenton反应产生.OH和邻苯三酚自氧化产生的O2.-的作用,并且当归水提液和醇提液对羟自由基和超氧阴离子的清除作用与药物浓度之间具有良好的量效关系.因此认为当归水提液和醇提液具有较好的体外清除自由基的作用.

Abstract:The effect of water and alocholic extracts from Radix angelicae sinensis on scavenging hydroxy free radical(·OH) and superoxide anion free radical(O·-2) was studied in vitro in this paper.Fenton reaction and the autoxidation of pyrogallol were employed respectively as a producing hydroxyl radical and the superoxide radical model.The results showed that the water and alcoholic extracts from Radix angelicae sinensis had scavenging actions on hydroxyl radical from 6.0 mg·mL-1 to 50.0 mg·mL-1 as well as superoxide radical by the autoxidation of pyrogallol production with the concentration from 12.5 mg·mL-1 to 200.0 mg·mL-1,both extracts showed significantly dose-effective relationship.It is suggested that the water and alcoholic extracts from Radix angelicae sinensis had significantly antioxidative actions in vitro.
