植物试管苗离体生根的研究进展

摘    要:综述了植物试管苗生根机理方面的基因表达和遗传转化,内源激素和酶类活性与生根的关系;培养基组成如矿物盐类、附加有机成分(维生素和氨基酸)、生长调节物质、蔗糖、琼脂、活性碳、酚类物质,以及pH值、通气、湿度、温度和光照等培养条件,对试管苗生根的影响;外植体基因型与插条生理和发育状态与生根的关系。

Abstract:The rooting mechanism of plant test tube plantlet, such as gene expression and heredity transformation, the relationship between the endogenesis hormone and vigour of enzyme with rooting; the effect of the medium components, such as mineral substances, added organic substances (vitamin and amino acid), growth regulator, sucrose, agar, activated carbon and hydroxybenzene, and the culture condition such as pH, ventilation, humidity, temperature and light intensity and light wave on rooting; the relationship between explant gene type and the physiological and developmental condition with rooting are summarized.
