| 摘 要： | 用体重1.0～2.5kg的成年母鸡25只,追寻其颈交感干节前纤维的胞体。将颈交感千节间索断端浸泡于30％HRP溶液中以引入酶。存活2～4天后,取颈、胸部脊髓,制成厚50μm的冰冻切片。TMB反应,明视野观察。标记的交感节前神经元胞体出现于颈15至胸3脊髓节段,主要位于Terni氏柱内。

| Abstract: | Twenty-five domestic fowls, weighing 1.0 to 2.5 kg body weight, were used to study the origin of the sympathetic preganglio- nic fibers of the cervical sympathetic trunk. HRP was applied to the cervical sympathetic trunk by means of immersing the cut end of the interganglionic cord at various segments in 30% HRP solution. After a survival period for 2-4 days, the cervical and thoracic spinal cords were taken and sectionsd at 50 μm on a freezing microtome. These sections were treated with tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) according to standard procedure by Mesulam et al, and observed under bright-light microscopy. The labelled cells mainly appeared in the column of Terni at segments C_(15)-T_3. |
