美洲斑潜蝇的生物学特性及药剂防治研究

摘    要:在室内自然条件下,美洲斑潜蝇卵、幼虫、蛹的平均发育历或分别约为9、10、12.5d,成虫的寿命平均为12d在右。药剂防治结果表明,虫螨光乳油1000倍液和2000倍液、绿保素乳油1000倍液、绿保素乳油10mL与杀灭菊酯乳油4mL混剂的1000倍液等几种药剂及浓度的防治效果都较好,施药后7d的死亡率均在92%以上,可以在田间推广应用。

Abstract:The development of egg, larva and pupa of Liriomyza sativae Blanglinunderwent about 9 days, 10 days and 12.5 days respectively, and the longevity of the adults lastedfor 12 days under the natural condition of the laboratory. The results of insecticide controlexperiment on field showed: after 7th day applied insecticides, the controlling effect were morethan 92 % by 0.6 % deacarid 1 000~2 000 times, 20 % lubaosu 1 000 times, 1000 times mixinglubaosu (10 mL) with fenvalerate (4 mL). Those are all effective insecticides controllingLiriomyza sativae, and may be applied in field practice.
