番茄叶霉病菌生物学性状的初步研究

摘    要:番茄叶霉病菌菌丝生长适温20~25℃。在不同培养基里以燕麦培养基和玉米粉培养基最佳.该菌在弱光及黑暗条件下生长较好,而较强光照不利于该菌的生长发育。分生孢子萌发适温20~25℃,适应pH值是3.5—5.5;对碳源的利用以葡萄糖和淀粉为佳,木糖最佳,氮源以谷氨酸最佳,尿素最差。在湿度试验中,相对湿度低于80%时,孢子萌发率较低;相对湿度达85%~100%时,萌发率逐渐提高。在不同营养液里,以果实汁葫发最好。该菌孢子的致死温度为55℃。

Abstract:The leafmold of tomato are caused by Fulvia fulva (Cooke) Cif. The optimum growth temperature for the pathogen was 20~25℃. Optimum media were oat meal agar and corn meal agar. The pathogen grew well in a poor light. The strong light was not suit for growth. The optimum temperature of spore germination was 20~25℃. Optimun pH value was 3.5~5. Among 8 carbonsource, sucrose and starch were better than others, xylose was the best. Among 8 nitrogen source, glutamic acid was the best, urea was the worst. The humidity for spore germination was more than RH 80 percent. The nutrient for spore germination was tomato juice. The fatal temperature for the pathogen was 55℃.
