兰州地区茄子黄萎病病原鉴定

从嫁接茄子砧木(日本赤茄)和自根茄子(北京六叶茄)上分别分离到轮枝菌(Verticillium)。经鉴定,日本赤茄上分离到的为 Verticillium dahliae, 分生孢子大小为 2.4~7.2×1.7~3.9μm,轮枝长度为 8.5~24.2μm;菌丝生长发育最适温度范围 25~28 ℃,30℃下培养生长较好;分生孢子致死温度为 55℃ 10 min;病菌对碳源的利用以蔗糖最佳,氮源的利用以蛋白胨最佳;菌丝生长发育最适 pH 值范围为 5.0~5.5, pH 3.6 下培养生长状况较好;接种北京六叶茄发病较轻。从北京六叶茄自根苗上分离到的为Verticillium albo-atrum,该菌分生孢子大小为 2.4~10.9×1.9~4.8 μm,轮枝长度为 6.1~42.4 μm;菌丝生长发育最适温度范围为 23~26 ℃,30 ℃下生长一般;分生孢子的致死温度为 50 ℃ 10 min;对碳源利用以果糖最佳,氮源以硝酸钾为佳;菌丝生长发育最适pH 值范围为 7.0~7.5, pH 3.6 以下生长一般;该菌接种北京六叶茄后,发病较重,能引起枯死症状。

The pathogens identified on eggplant of Verticillium wilt

Two kinds of Verticillium were isolated from the eggplant of Japonica species (Chi Qie) and Chinese species(Beijing Liu Ye Qie), the pathogens were identified ,which were respectively V. dahliae and V. albo-atrum, as the former, its conidia was 2.4~7.2 ×1.7~3.9 μm; the length between verticillate ramification was 8.5~24 μm; as for hyphae growth temperature, the optimum was 25~28 ℃, grew well under the 30 ℃ condition, lethal temperature was 55 ℃; the optimum carbon source was sucrose, nitrogen source was peptone; grew at a relatively wide pH range (3.6~9.5) with optimum pH 5.0~5.5, grew well at the pH 3.6; with light virulence to Beijing Liu Ye eggplant. As the pathogen V.albo-atrum, its conidia was 2.4~10.9×1.9~4.8 μm, the length between verticillate ramification was 6.1~42.4 μm; as for hyphae growth temperature, the optimum was 23~26 ℃, grew commer under the 30 ℃, lethal temperature was 50 ℃; the optimum carbon source was fructose, nitrogen source was potassium nitrate; the hyphae growth at a relatively wide pH range (3.6~9.5) with optimum pH7.0~7.5, grew not well at the pH 3.6; with strong virulence to Beijing Liu Ye eggplant, and caused plants sphacelate.
