枯草芽孢杆菌对番茄茎基腐病菌和葡萄灰霉病菌的抑制作用研究

摘    要:利用枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)在室内对番茄茎基腐病和葡萄灰霉病进行了防效测定。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌对番茄茎基腐病和葡萄灰霉病均有较好的防效,分别为:93.37 % 和93.07 %。同时还对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌机理进行了初步研究,结果表明该拮抗菌可以溶解致病菌菌丝。

Abstract:Control of Bacillus subtilis on Tomato basal stem rot and Grape gray mold were initially determined indoors. The results showed that: the control of Bacillus subtilis on Tomato basal stem rot and Grape gray mold were evident. In addition, the control mechanism of Bacillus subtilis was initially researched, and the results showed that: this antagonistic bacterium could dissolve mycelium of pathogen.
