| 摘 要： | 采用生物测定方法对室内选育的抗甲氰菊酯二斑叶螨种群和天水、静宁采集的抗性二斑叶螨即天水抗性种群(Tianshui-Resistance,Tsh-R)和静宁抗性种群(Jingning-Resistance,Jn-R)对12种杀虫杀螨剂交互抗性和抗药性进行了研究.结果表明:室内用甲氰菊酯药剂筛选二斑叶螨38代,抗性达到247.35倍;甲氰菊酯种群对三氯氟氰菊酯、苦皮藤生物碱、氯氰菊酯、三唑锡和四螨嗪有明显的交互抗性,抗性指数(RI)分别为19.53、19.02、12.13、8.80和5.13,而对克螨特、哒螨.四螨嗪、阿维菌素、哒螨灵、噻螨酮、毒死蜱的交互抗性指数均在5以下.Tsh-R和Jn-R二斑叶螨抗性种群对甲氰菊酯有很高的抗药性,RI值分别为103.76和92.30;对三氯氟氰菊酯、苦皮藤生物碱、氯氰菊酯、克螨特也有一定程度的抗药性,RI值的范围为5.04~29.76;对四螨嗪、哒螨.四螨嗪、阿维菌素、哒螨灵、噻螨酮、毒死蜱、三唑锡有轻微或无抗性,RI值均小于5.00.
