摘    要:以耐冷性不同的两个辣椒品种‘湘研1号’和‘湘研16号’幼苗为试验材料,利用叶绿素荧光和光合气体交换测定技术,研究了低温对辣椒幼苗光化学效率的影响.结果表明:在昼(15℃)夜(5℃)低温光强300μmol/(m2.s)条件下,两品种辣椒幼苗叶片Fv/Fm、ФPSⅡ、Fv′/Fm′、qP、Pn以及AQY均逐渐降低,LCP逐渐升高,辣椒幼苗叶片发生了光抑制,光化学效率下降,且随着处理时间的延长,光抑制程度逐渐加重.‘湘研16号’在处理条件下对低温的适应性较‘湘研1号’强.

Abstract:Two varieties of pepper('Xiangyan No.1' and 'Xiangyan No.16') with different cold resistance were employed to study the effects of chilling on photochemical efficiency by using chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic gas exchange technology.The results showed that the Fv / Fm,Ф PSⅡ,Fv '/ Fm',qP,Pn and AQY in leaves of two varieties gradually reduced under low temperature(15 ℃ day,5 ℃ night),the light intensity of 300 μmol/(m2 · s),LCP gradually increased,photochemical efficiency gradually reduced and photoinhibition appeared,and photoinhibition increased with the extension of time.Adaptability of 'Xiangyan No.16' to lower temperature was stronger than 'Xiangyan No.1'
